A thoroughly jolly and charming Big Ugly engineer visited us here in Middle-Muddlington today.
Unfortunately, we still have no connection. However, the light on the router has changed from green to red after a bit of tweaking with what looked to be a sort of spook-ometer. So, if possible, we are somehow even worse off than before.
It would seem that The Big Ugly Ring and Repeat Spin Cycle Extravaganza is set to start again...
